Description
One of a variety of primroses, this was taken along daylight pass in death valley . Peirson's Brown-eyed Evening Primrose may have yellow flowers or a mixture of white and pink flowers. The yellow flowers abound inthe southern desert around Ocotillo and the Coyote Mountains (Painted Gorge, Fossil Canyon), while the white and pink flowers seem to prefer the northern areas such as the Borrego Valley and Coyote Canyon.

Beautiful capture Joe. I love the lighting and shallow depth of field. This is a wonderful image to just sit and stare at.
